The entire products shown on this site are available from our shop, Ski Plus in Chelmsford. Colours shown or listed have been displayed as accurately as possible, but due to your own computer monitor we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour you will be viewing. Please take this into consideration when purchasing goods from Skiplusonline.

 

 

Although we will sell you a pair of ski boots online we are unable to offer a boot fit guarantee, due to the fact we are unable to see you in the boots and have the right size etc. Please ensure you order the correct size as when exchanging boots postage costs can spiral if you keep needing to exchange them.

 

 

Posted goods will be by Royal mail £4.50, Standard delivery Citylink £6.50 or  Ski Delivery Citylink £15.00. Please Note Skis will only be sent by Ski Delivery City Link @ £15.00 if other postage is selected for skis they will be sent at £15

Delivery times will be from the date of despatch not the date of ordering. Post will take upto 7-10 working days. Citylink will be next day. Next Day deliveries must be processed before 12 noon.You will be contacted by e-mail for any goods that are out of stock, giving you the option to cancel or await the next delivery, for which we will keep you regularly updated. Although CityLink is used in the main. Other couriers are used and charged at the same price as above.

 

 

Goods purchased from skiplusonline website carry a 14 day money back guarantee from the date of the invoice. All goods must return in perfect condition with the receipt with all labels still attached and all the packaging. Goods are returned at customer’s own expense and are the responsibility of the customer until they have been accepted back into the store. We strongly recommend a recorded or courier delivery service for this purpose for your own protection. Skiplusonline will not accept smelly, smokey or soiled goods! The above applies for full refunds and exchanged goods. Carriage will be charged on all goods exchanged and returned to customer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Any Faulty items should be returned with a covering letter stating the exact fault with the item. No decision of the action to be taken regarding the goods will be made until the item has been inspected by a member of our returns staff. If agreed faulty we will cover the cost of any reasonable return postage due.(we will not pay for special courier services)
